A temporary, paid position as reporter for daily newspaper with 30,000 circulation. Write features and work on production duties for Berkshires Week, a weekly arts supplement. Contribute news reports and features articles for The Berkshire Eagle, as well as video and multimedia content for the paper’s website. Assist with layout and production of Berkshires Week and the Sports section. Carry out other production duties at the newspaper. Fill in for the paper’s Online Editor: in charge of maintaining The Eagle’s website and social media presence.
Berkshire Actors Theatre: Press Agent/Assistant to the Artistic Director, Pittsfield, MA February 2012-August 2012
Work on publicity for Berkshire Actors Theatre. Field media requests, write press releases, organize social media promotion of Berkshire Actors Theatre and its Summer 2012 Season on Facebook and Twitter. Conducted on-camera promotional interview with Artistic Director highlighting Summer Season announcement. Edited video promo for season, and released it on Youtube.

Currently work as a freelance contributor for various Yahoo! platforms. Accepted into the Featured Contributor program. Contribute 2012 election content for Yahoo! Ran teleprompter in control room, used AP ENPS computer system, wrote portions of broadcast script, sorted anchor scripts, shadowed health beat reporter for day and filmed practice “stand-up” on-camera shoot.
