When Lawrence Fairchild describes his exclusive specialty wine brands that fall under the labels Stones and Fairchild Wines to new clients, he says he’s out to “create the Hermès of wine, the Cartier of wine.”
For his clientele of tastemakers, collectors, and connoisseurs, he wants to deliver personalized wines that can’t be found anywhere else.
